The primary product offering consists of compact 40m² apartments featuring flexible layouts—configurable as either a standard one-bedroom unit or a "1+1" layout—designed to suit the needs of professionals or young families.
Passive design principles ensure long-term sustainability. The buildings are oriented along a North-South axis to minimize adverse environmental impacts. Interior spaces benefit from natural ventilation and daylighting, thereby reducing carbon-intensive energy consumption as well as operational and maintenance costs. The landscape design adopts a natural approach, integrating greenery, permeable materials, and a retention pond to enhance climate resilience.
