At the gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, on a former waterlogged agricultural estate where farming intermingled with spontaneous settlements, this art-infused urban township is master-planned as a miniature city. Abandoned agricultural canals are transformed into winding waterways, while existing lakes are preserved to fulfill seven elements:
1.    Microclimate regulation (cooling);
2.    Natural scenery (landscape);
3.    Stormwater management (flood control);
4.    Waterway transportation (water mobility);
5.    Flora and fauna ecosystem preservation (wetland filtration);
6.    Waterfront living experience (waterfront life);
7.    Southern cultural identity (Nam Bo canal living).
Embodying the "Sponge urbanism" framework, water is not merely drained away, but retained and filtered, becoming an integral part of the landscape, ecology, and urban life.
